John Logan, founder of The Logan Home Group, leads the team with a combined 14+ years of experience, with current and relevant tactics in the ever evolving Real Estate landscape. Ensuring his clients have a clear and firm understanding on up to date market conditions, expectations from contract to close, and comprehensive planning.

When John's not helping others achieve their dreams, he spends time with his young daughters, on the bay boating, cooking, amd traveling with his beautiful wife Rebecca.

Erin is a true Howard County native, growing up in Ellicott City and graduating from Marriotts Ridge. She went on to get her Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Towson University. She found a love in food and hospitality after starting to work in restaurants at a young age, ultimately moving up the ranks to become the General Manager of a local Italian restaurant for 5 years. Erin started her career in real estate after having a less than perfect experience buying her own home. She was inspired to help others by making the buying and selling process easier through market education and constant communication.
When not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her new husband and 2 dogs, a Corgi named Penny and a Puggle named Parker, watching movies, and visiting state parks. She is an avid international traveler having been to 33 countries over 6 continents and is looking forward to exploring Antarctica in 2024!
